The scheme individualizes two separated functional unities connected by a great tilted green roof. On one side the gyms with the restaurant and lodgings, on the other the swimming pools and the health centre.

The volumes are partly hidden by using the 2 meters difference of height level in to the site. This allows to reduce their impact in the environmental context and to create a separation between the public and the private space of the building maintaining a visual connection among them.

Lo schema proposto individua due unità funzionali distinte e collegate da una grande copertura inclinata. Da un lato  le palestre con il ristorante e gli alloggi, dall’altro le piscine e il centro benessere.

La differenza di quota di 2 metri presente nel sito viene utilizzata per incassare parte dei volumi riducendone il loro impatto nel contesto ambientale.
